01 About Me

Hi I’m Ruban. I’m the owner and lead developer of Zenoflow. I am fascinated with the utility of the internet and I think it’s one of humanity’s most powerful creations. Websites are the building blocks of the internet of course and each one gives a person, a business or an organisation a voice. I am passionate about making sure that voice is heard fully and clearly, and has the maximum benefit for everyone involved.

I started Zenoflow because I wanted to work directly with businesses and have more involvement in the creative process. I decided to work exclusively with plumbers and electricians as I have knowledge of and find the industries fascinating having worked part time in property management and development for several years. I like building a relationship with all my clients and getting to know their unique stories and aspirations. I find that this is not only more rewarding, but also helps me produce my best work.

02 The Traditional Agency

A lot of businesses find the standard costs of a professionally built website to be too expensive. Traditional web agencies have large overhead costs, with their permanent offices and multiple in-house specialists for their broad service offering for any industry, so they have to charge several thousands pounds at a minimum.

However most businesses, and especially plumbers and electricians, don’t need or benefit from social media marketing, product photography and extensive branding; but they need better than the generic, fill-in-the-blank templates that are provided by slow and difficult to use website builders and sold by freelancers or by smaller or unspecialised agencies.
