We aim to have your website live within 14 days of your discovery call.

No commitment! You can cancel anytime with no fees or hassle. All of our contracts are on a month-to-month basis. We don't believe in long term tie downs. Our clients stay with us because we deliver stellar results, not because they signed a piece of contract saying they have to. However we do recommend our clients that they commit to the process for at least 5 months to allow Google to properly rerank your website and you can start seeing some results.

You own the domain and any emails we've set up for you. Unfortunely we can't share the website code or design as they are part of our proprietary website framework.

If only it were that simple! Whilst we know that we've done every possible thing to make your website rank as highly as possible, we can't guarantee that you'll rank on the first page of Google. However you'll definitely be ranking higher than you were before and will see an increase in traffic to your website leading to more customers. There are many variables that affect your ranking, and whilst we do our best to improve as much of them as possible, we can't control all of them.

If you do stop, you will no longer have access to the website we built for you or our SEO services. The lack of our website and SEO especially will likely cause a big drop in your rankings on Google and customer conversion rate. This is why we only work with businesses who understand that this is an ongoing long term relationship. We are your digital partners and take care of everything on the online side of your business. From making changes to your website and your Google Business Profile, installing security and software updates and keeping up with Google search algorithm changes we'll handle it all. If that all inclusive service appeals to you, then we're a good match.

We only work with one client per industry per city. This is to maximise results and eliminate any conflict of interest. We also have a few guidelines for the businesses we work with too: Services provided should all fall under a single industry, so either just plumbers or just electricians; at least an average of £3000 per month in total revenue, so your marketing spend doesn't exceed 5%, which is a standard business recommendation and finally a desire and capacity to grow your business. If you don't fully meet these guidelines, or are unsure, don't hesitate to reach out and have a chat with us regardless.
